Farhad Nassiri Afshar, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician, founder of Afshar Medical Group, and hands-on software developer. He leads the engineering work behind Cortexium’s clinical platform.

That combination gives our development process a practical foundation: the people building the software also understand the work it needs to support.

Our development work spans clinical software, mobile tools, and AI assistance for professional tasks. We share demonstrations and discuss current capabilities directly with prospective collaborators.

Working implementations are under active development and evaluation in our clinical environment. The software is not a general public release.
